It is innovated based on the type XSBP—￠200 Slamming standard vibrating sieving machine, after the innovation, it not only possesses the technical performance of the original type, but also be conveniently and flexibly equipped with clamp(s) and sieve(s). The clamping is firm, and it can stop automatically. Products with various characteristics can be sieved according to the users’ requirements.
系在XSBP—￠200型拍击式标准振筛机的基础上改进的，改进后即能具备原型技术性能，又能装夹套筛方便灵活，夹紧牢固，并能自动停车，根据用户需要，可筛分多种特性的产品。
Purpose of the vibrating sieving machine 振筛机的用途
The type PSJ Slamming ￠200 standard vibrating sieving machine is applicable for the experiment units of geology, metallurgy, fuel chemistry, architectural industry, cement, grinding wheel manufacture, medication, powder and national defense etc as well as factory laboratories, for sieving and dividing the materials.
PSJ型拍击式￠200标准振筛机适用于地质、冶金、燃化、建工、水泥、砂轮制造、医药、粉店、国防等部门的实验单位和工厂实验室，对物料进行筛分之用
Working principle 工作原理：
The turning movement is changed to reciprocation of sieve board through mechanical transmission, consequently, the sieve(s) also swing synchronously; meanwhile, it is equipped with periodical impact of sledge hammer; therefore, at a certain vibration frequency, the purpose that dividing the material in the sieve according to the grids can be achieved.
经过机械传动，将旋转运动转变为筛板的往复运动，从而使筛具亦作同步摆动，同时配以重锤的周期迫击，这样在一定震动的频率下达到筛具内物料的按网目分样之目的
Operation instructions 使用说明
1. 10 Kg of oil must be added to the machine before startup, please be cautious whether the arrow on the outer plate of the motor is in accordance with the direction, reversion is forbidden.
2. Put the sieve which is placed with sample onto the lower sieve tray; adjust the lifting bracket so that the sieve can be clipped firmly between the sieve tray and lower sieve tray.
1、开机前必须加油10公斤，注意电机外壳上所示的箭头方向是否一致，禁止反转。
2、将装有试样的筛具置于下筛盘上，调整升降托架使筛具紧卡在筛盘与下筛盘之间
五、Cautions 注意事项
1. Adjust the lifting bracket, start up the wing nut(s)
2. Please keep the persistence of oil membrane on the surface of cabinet cover, for avoiding rust.
3. Lubricate the moving piece(s) frequently, oil it regularly, for extending the service life.
4. The whole machine shall be installed in a solid place, and reduce rocking.
1、调整升降托架，启动蝶形紧螺母
2、注意保持箱盖上平面的油膜长存、以免产生锈斑。
3、经常注意运动件的滑润，定时加油，以延长使用寿命。
4、整机须安在固定位置上，减少摇动
五、Operation 操作使用
1. Plug the motor wire to the socket of program controller; plug the power supply line to the 3-phase socket.
2. Press the power switch, the display screen is lit, they appear at the same time for 300 seconds.
3. Time setting:
(1) In accordance with the requirements of user, the touch key “△” is for upward adjustment, and “▽” is for downward adjustment, it is 60 seconds for every press of “△” and “▽”.
(2) Set the desired time according to the test regulations, press the key ON, the machine starts to work, and the indicator light will be lit when it is operating.
(3) While this machine is working normally, please press the key OFF when stop is required.
(4) The time shall be set anew after each stop.
(5) Caution: do not switch on/off the machine frequently when operating; the power supply shall be cut off when the machine is shut down.
1、将电机线插头插在程控器插座上，将电源线插在三相线插座上。
2、按下电源开关，显示屏亮，同时出现300秒。
3、设定时间：
（1）根据用户需要，按轻触键“△”为上调，按“▽”为下调，每按一次“△”“▽”为60秒。
（2）根据试验规程设定需要时间，按ON键机械开始工作，运行时指示灯亮。
（3）本仪器在正常工作时，需要停机按OFF键。
（4）每停机一次，应重新设置时间。
（5）注意：使用时不要频繁开、关机器，关机后应切断电源 |
