一：Characteristics of the instrument 仪器特点
The new generation of aging test chamber adopts the advanced foreign heating air flow technology, which solves the innate limitation of uneven temperature in the original turntable-type chamber, meanwhile, it improves greatly the safety of sample placement, and the utilization of available space is more than 200% of that of the original turntable-type one. It is applicable for the aging adaptability test of the materials such as electronic components, rubber parts etc at high temperature.
新一代老化试验箱采用国外先进的加热气流方法，解决了原转盘式的温度不均匀先天缺陷，同时大大提高了试样放置的安全性，有效空间利用率是原转盘式的200%以上，适用于电子元件，橡胶零部件等材料在高温下的老化适应性试验。
新型老化试验箱采用LTDE可编程控制系统，在额定温度范围内可按工作需要进行程序升温-恒温-待机，操作人员设置好程序后，仪器即按程序工作，完毕后自动关机（待机）。仪器具有超温自动断电保护功能，双重二级保护系统，确保仪器及试件的安全，节能环保是当今先进的老化试验设备。
二、Preparation before operation 使用前的准备
1. Power supply equipment: fuse device for overload shall be installed in the power connection, which is exclusively for this chamber, and it shall be grounded properly.
2. Testing sample preparation: put the testing samples on the sample turntable after numbering them one by one, it is better to make them not touching or impacting each other.
3. Close the door of the chamber as soon as everything is ready.
Turn off all the switches of the control system, plug the power supply, switch on the power, the turntable will rotate automatically, at the same time; the power indicator light of the control system is lit. The switches (namely the high temperature switch and low temperature switch) must be turned on when temperature rise is necessary, then adjust the full automatic control system
1、电源设备：应在供电线路中装有超负荷的保险丝装置，供此箱专用，并具有良好接地装置。
2、试料准备：将试品逐一编号后，将试品放置于试品转盘上，彼此以不相互接触和碰撞为宜。
3、待一切准备就绪，即关上箱门。
关闭控制系统各个开关，将电源插扑插上打开电源开关转盘即自动转动，同时控制系统的电源指示灯即亮，若须升温必须打开开关(即高温开关和低温开关)，然后调节全自动控制系统
三、Cautions 注意事项：
1. The outer plate of the instrument must be grounded properly, for safety of operation.
2. The instrument shall be put in a leveled place indoor with nice ventilation, no combustible or explosive materials are allowed to be placed around it.
3. A knife switch with iron shell shall be installed in the power supply line, which is exclusively for this chamber. Please check the electric appliance performance of this chamber prior to outer plate grounding and power connection, and be cautious whether there is open circuit or leakage. This instrument is with no explosion-proof device, so no combustible or explosive materials are allowed to be put in for drying.
4. The materials in the chamber shall not be placed crowded; there must be proper space for the circulation of hot air.
5. The top cover shall not be demounted without authority; the connection cannot be disturbed or altered either. The side door can be demounted only when the chamber goes wrong, check it step by step along the connection. Please contact our factory when there is major failure.
1．仪器外壳必须有效接地，以保证使用安全。
2．仪器应放在通风良好的室内水平位置，在其周围不可放置易燃易爆物品。
3．应在供电线路中安装铁壳的闸刀开关一只，供此箱专用，在外壳接地通电前请检查本箱的电器性能，并应注意是否有断路或漏电现象,本仪器无防爆装置，不得放入易燃易爆物品干燥。
4. 箱内物品放置切勿过挤，必须留出空间，以利热空气循环。
5. 不可任意卸下顶盖，扰乱或改变线路，唯当该箱发生故障时可卸下侧门，按线路逐一检查。如有重大故障时，可与本厂联系
