The 402B series Heat aging test chamber produced by our company adopts high temperature heating chamber referring to advanced foreign technology, it makes the temperature in the chamber as even as possible through the specific point distribution-type multi air channel circulation structure, the temperature evenness of available space reaches ±1%! It remedies the deficiency that the original turntable-type one was with small available space for placing the samples and the samples were easy to fall when the table turns. The instrument has the functions of multi-sectional programmed temperature rise, constant temperature, automatic shut off, and .9999 minutes stop, over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, as well as safe and reliable two-level control protection system. The humanistic designed door lock avoids the possible injuries caused by unconscious opening the chamber door at high temperature by other people, the movable shelves in the chamber can be adjusted freely.
The instrument is widely applied to the heat aging tests of materials such as rubber and plastic, cables and electric insulation etc, it can be used as the test method of insulation and sheath of IEC540 cable and flexible wire; it accords with the standards such as JB/T 7444 etc, meanwhile, it can be used for high temperature test of military equipment environmental test method and the high temperature aging test of various materials.
